Your travel business provides a vacation package voucher that we will auction, along with an advertising listing fee for a four week period. Through December 31, we are waiving the listing fee for all VISIT FLORIDA™ partners! That's right you pay no money. We simply require the travel vouchers for each promotional offer you want to make.

What do I get in return for my voucher and listing fee?

A promotions voucher, much like any other promotional giveaway, earns your business a four week listing on the site, including a two week preview, one week listed as an active auction item, and then showcased for one week following the auction. During this four week period, consumers will be able to click on a “Buy Direct” and “More Information” links that take users directly to your Web site where they can book directly with you. No Commissions and No Cost-per-Clicks fees. Plus there isn’t any additional inventory management required as consumers simply book the offers you already have on your Web site. You can include a special offer or use an existing package.

If I sign up for multiple listings do I get a reduced rate on the listing fee?

What about taxes on the auctioned voucher?

We will collect and remit sales and bed taxes from the auctioned vacations.

Who keeps the fees from the auctions?

Florida Vacation Auction keeps those proceeds. This is how we are able to keep our listing fee low.

How will users know about my listing?

Florida Vacation Auction users can sign up for our e-newsletter to learn more about the auctions and special offers extended by suppliers like you. In addition, all of our content will be syndicated on Visit Florida’s Web site. Visit Florida is the official tourism promotion corporation for the Sunshine State. Their Web site has more than 900,000 unique users each month. We are also executing advertising and public relations campaigns to make FloridaVacationAuction.com the first choice for travelers planning a Sunshine State escape.

Absolutely! For each listing we will provide statistics of the number of click throughs to your site through the More Information and Buy Direct links.
